At last we are to have a Friends of the Meadow.
It will cost five pounds only and that wil enable us to make regular contact to tell you what has happened and what will be happening.
There is a lot planned.

We have just received 2800 pounds from The Co-op for educational signs. These will change every month so please look at them as you walk round the meadow. They are positioned at a height that children can see.

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council continue to support us, this time with a power supply so anyone running events can power them.


Malcolm Mac Donald has given us a marvellous Maypole so the chances of us having our first maypole dancing on Mayday are much enhanced.We need a treasurer.It is not a lot of work and the monthly meetings are very productive and often good fun.
