Testbourne School Classes Hit by Teachers' Strike
Pupils in Testbourne's years 7 and 8 had an extra day's holiday this week because of the teachers' strike action. Year 9, 10 and 11 pupils were not effected.

Both of the Town's Borough Council seats are to be contested on 1 May 2008. Completed nomination papers can be returned until noon on Friday 4th April 2008. Apparently political agents have already been sent nomination papers.
